Payment Policy

Deposit

A non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and secure your place in line. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. Accepted deposit payment methods and links can be found below. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and verified. A receipt will be sent to you upon completion.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due at delivery or pick‑up and must be paid in "good funds". Accepted final‑payment methods include Cash, Cashier’s Check, Zelle, and Wire Transfer. No personal or business checks are accepted for final payment. Wire transfer instructions are provided directly to approved buyers upon request.

Additional Terms

• Deposits are non‑refundable; however, if you do not find a suitable puppy in the current litter, you may request to transfer your deposit to a future litter, subject to breeder approval.

• All payments must be completed in full prior to taking possession of your puppy.

• If a payment issue or dispute arises after funds have been submitted, the sale may be paused or canceled until the matter is fully resolved.

• You must take possession of your puppy by 9 weeks of age, unless other arrangements have been made. Boarding past 9 weeks is available on a case by case basis and subject to fees.
